You will get used to it, I use a helmet for long runs and whenever a motorway beckons. I used to find that my eyes watered alot and 30 mph was the limit without goggles but now i can cope with about 50mph with just my glasses on. the aeroscreen is more aerodynamic than a windscreen esp if you're one up.
