My son (12) has just done a junior rally experience with BRracing (google them) at Donington Park.
I think it was good value at £99 for about 4 hours for a group of 15 in 3 cars.
The adult sessions maybe a bit dearer.

I know it's not cheap but I've heard from multiple sources that the palmer days at bedford are excellent. Someone who posts on here used
to work there and posted up recently about it, maybe worth a search..
Ned.
beware, I've got yellow skin

took my ex to silverstone for their 'experience' day when she was 30. Cost a fortune but she loved it. She got do skid pan, auto test (in
caterham), learn to race in 306gti6 (with instructor who happened to be the f1 safety car driver for Canida), single seater formula fords, experience
being driven round in a caterham with the current touring car champion, rally and 4x4.
Each section wasn't that long but she got to do the lot & i came away with LOTS of brownie points.

I used to instruct in both race and rally schools (not running anymore but not my fault!).
'Punters' on the rally schools always had heaps more fun and going 'off' was part of the day! You've also probably got
more chance of fitting him in a rally car as he's 6.0ft and 18.5 stone !
