Driving weather

You have to be joking!

Just rolled the Indy out of the garage , onto the drive and checked oil & water, ready for the first drive this year. Sunny but cold - just how you want a winter drive.

Went inside to put on warm stuff, get helmet, etc. Looked out of the window: just started snowing. I'm supposed to be in Lancs, not Chamonix!

Maybe tomorrow...

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

Blue sky here now, but it was snowing this morning... Far too cold to go outside nevermind driving!

Blizzards in Bristol, snowy in Grimsby, Lancs & Durham, cold in London, dry & sunny in that Scotland. I know what it is - we've had a polar inversion!

terrible innit. went to the carpet shop today, bought 40sq/m of and strapped it to the roof of the merc. not a cloud in the sky, drove back to work and went in for a cuppa, waiting for someone to help to lift of said carpet. by the time i'd finished my brew, the carpet was under 2" of snow and weighed twice as much. then i had to roll it out on the carpark to cut it down. by the time it got inside the building it was dripping, heavy and a bugger ti fit

clear blue skies and dry saturday so wrapped up in the ski suit gloves and hat and went for a blast to pick the kids up from their dancing lessons.

Was told I was either brave or mad. I replied " a little of both actually"
