In car camera?
While her and the outlaw watch all the xmas crap on telly I've been watching the car crash crap on utube (see my other post today).
Now, some of the video is very high quality and i quite fancy one myself..
But, which one? Are the ones up there for 100's of pounds worth any more than the cheap ones?
Any recommendations?
Steve.

I use one of these cheap Chinese ones in my daily driver and it works great, it auto starts with the ignition and has good video and audio.

The only negatives are it records in 5 minute segments and overwrites the oldest when the card gets full, there's a second in between the
changeover that is lost so it might be possible to miss something important. Also I set mine and can view it through my double din head unit which
has a screen, without this it's harder to set up as it does not have it's own screen but for the price it does the job great.

I have one of these in my lorry but with night vision it records on a 15 min loop and with a 32g sd card it last up 12 hours
And also starts to record with motion sensor

I see the camera I currently have in my Civic has been upgraded, built in screen, GPS data logger and no 1 second delay between video segments now.
Also is now removable and does snapshot photos from the video.

This is good enough for me, getting one for my MK1 now, I see they around £60 on EBay as it really is good and discreet.
