well chuffed!

I thought I'd take advantage of the sunshine today, so I went out for a blast with a mate, we found a gsxr 1000 to play with and stayed wiyh him all the way too 153mph, as registered on digidash the engine hit the rev limiter, we pulled into the petrol station with the biker and had a chat he was gobsmacked, we the went for a bit of a blast together and off the mark I pulled away, the back roads he was out of sight!! best day I've had for ages

I assume you reached that speed on a track not on the public roads.

I don't know anywhere where it is safe to do that kind of speed on public roads.

The lucky bugger just happens to be running a turbo'd bird, with, IIRC, currently 250 bhp, with up to 320 ish on tap with more boost.

If you are going to claim bragging rights to 153mph on a public road, perhaps you should have removed the photo with your number plate from your archives first.

Might not have seen him (being on a private road and all that), but I bet the banshee wail would have made an impression.
