0-100
I did a 0-100 acceleration test at the weekend to see how close recently quoted figures are.
I could improve on the pull off time a bit as this was pulling out so had some steering to do. I didn't get a lot of wheel spin so could let it
have some more as I am still getting used to the grip from the Yoho's.
I need to up the rev limiter as I ended up bouncing of it to get to 100 in third. another couple of hundred rpm (which is not a problem!!) would shave
some time off at the end.
The video can be seen >here< although there is no sound as my cam appears to have thrown
wobbly!!
I will try again another time to see what savings can be made.
This was obviously performed on a private road

Power at Flywheel (BHP) : 185
Weight without Driver (KG) : 675
Power to Weight Ratio (BHP Per Ton) : 278.47
0 - 60 (Secs) : 4.29
0 - 100 (Secs) : 11.16
60 - 100 (Secs) : 6.87
Quarter Mile (Secs) : 12.70
I reckon I could shave a second off with better pull away and higher rev limit but 11 seconds sounds bloody quick!!!
I need to do a few practice runs before the next time.
Maybe downhill

Ahhh, certainly sounds good, and looks good for my attempt to get under 12 secs qtr mile and under 4 secs to 60.
204hp and 560kg should hopefully do that!
Shame my mate at Ultima has been consistently running under HALF that to 100, currently pretty consistent at 5.1-5.2 secs

looks like you spent about 2 second boucning around the rev limiter, and turning out of a side road can't lend itself to maximum acceleration
very well (esp in a rear wheel drive )
From the looks of the speedoyou low end acceleration is blistering!!!

Yes, I I used to have the limiter set at 7200 until I left a piston in France.
I will give it another try with the limiter raised and on a nice straight/flat piece of tarmac.
It is quick but I expected to reach 100 quicker. Maybe I will have to take the screen off
