Understatement of the year. I reckon there is at least 1/2 a mile of double white lines prior to the guy overtaking. Defo needs shafting.
As an aside though this is what happens when a road speeds are minimal and vehicles are towing at 50. Whilst there is no excuse in this case
frustration of being stuck behind a slower vehicle is ( IMHO ) just as much responsible for as many accidents as speeding is.
If it looks wrong it probably is wrong.
