how to rebuild an english axle?
Any one got either a link to a thread or a exploded picture of the english in bits?

Differentials need specialist tools and gauges to set up the clearance properly so don't take it apart
you need to pull out both halfshafts before removing the diff, usually a 2 leg puller will be required to extract them or you can use a long bolt to
pull them out also
Fame is when your old car is plastered all over the internet

Its ok I have the tools to re shim the diff into the housing I just need a diagram, my friend builds race engines for really old farraris I'd
just like something to help him along

Dare I say search for a pdf of a haynes manual to download? Though only if you already own the book and are just obtaining a digital back up!
