DVLA Update

Registration forms in on 6th April then..... nothing. After phone calls and personal visits to my local office (almost made a Freudian slip and typed orrofice!!!) emailed DVLA Swansea. Official line is registration takes 20 to 30 WORKING days. Now about 36 working days taking out Bank Hols. Whats the betting on the actual number of days until they DO contact me?
I wish it would rain!!!

Took me 20 mins at my local office to deposit forms receipts and pay. 2 days later [today] home visist took 10 mins.

All went well, now awaiting disc and log book

Did you pay the appropriate fees and send by rec post?

i went to my local DVLA with all my forms which took them about 20 mins to go through, and give me an inspection appointment the following week.

the following week inspection took 5 mins, we then went inside, and i waited 10 mins while he sorted the paperwork out. i paid for my tax, and registration, and he gave me a tax disc, and a certificate of authorisation so i could get some plates made up. i then took a trip down to Halfrauds, and got them made up. I even took a drill with me, so i could fix them on while i was there
