Post office wierdness
I have just been to the post office to send two identicle parcels, one to uk and one to switzerland. The Switzerland one was cheaper
How does that work?

And for a bit more PO wierdness....
They wouldn't issue a tax disc because the insurance certificate didn't have a 'proper' signature. The cert was done on a
lazer printer just like every one of my certs has been for the past few years!So I did it online......
Incidentaly, I didn't sign the 'Support us and Keep your Post Office Open' petition...

I had that happen to me today also. 2 identical packages one first class to Manchester £1.28 one airmail to Portugal £1.21

Maybe the one going to Manchester is levied for hazard reasons. I was posting leaflets once at work with a mate and someone had smeared dog eggs in
their letter box and he got a right hand full!
Needless to say I was full of sympathy
