lost power as I accelerated onto a roundabout
I have abandonded it in a car park and will have a look at it tonight as I was in a rush to get to work.
idled OK for a short while then died

I do indeed have a guage, and it says half full,
the miles since I last filled up suggest that too
so unless my gauge has packed up and I've lost fuel somewhere I SHOULD have fuel - hopefully!

I have to admit the car had been a little tempremental last time I was out, and I had changed the fuel filter last weekend to try rectify the problem-
so not that hopefully
I had an astra that did similarly, when the alternator packed up on the M62 so wondering about that
