6 Rib pulley
I need a smallish pulley for a 6 rib poly v belt must have a bearing fitted as its being used as a replacement for an ac pump I've removed.
Anything up to around 100mm will be fine.

U2U Flak monkey if your struggling, he will appreciate the chance to quote you for a one off item.
Good quality work and turnaround was better than most kit car suppliers that would make you a one off, price was attractive too.
No connection just a satisfied customer

As above ^^
Most idlers I can think of are flat as they run of the back of the belt.

I will need a shorter belt anyway but I must fit the pulley to keep the rotation correct for the pas/water pump etc.
I think some later fords may have something close, looking at some ebay ads I think the focus has a ribbed tensioner but I'm just not sure if
they are 4 or 6 also the Range Rover p38 looks promising.
As for the idea of getting one made, it is an option but I really wanted to check out the cheaper options first as I really want to keep the car
