cannot read u2u

As title cannot read messages in my U2U ,when i click on messages i just here a click.

Help please.

Not sure what browser you are using but in Firefox U2Us open in a brand new window (not just a separate tab)

Have you got popup blocking switched on?
If so try shift-click (or switch it off for this site).

FWIW - Got same problem

Pop up blockers are Ok (have added locost... as an exception & spelt correct)

Trying to view u2u in new tab or window - Just opens he main page.

Had to resort to IE :O(

Update\edit...

Two things happened

Either closing FF - enabled the exception (to kick in)

or

The pop up had loaded, but wasn't brought to focus (was behind the main page)

I suspect the later was the case as I've removed the exception and the u2u pop up still now appears
