Hurrah at last

Took the roadster out today and it seems to be running well at last, only a nip round town and a quick squirt up to national speed limit for a couple of miles but after the car driving like a ,isfiring pig i think i've nearly cracked it, still a couple of wee issues, and need a good run to confirm the misfire is sorted, but carb balancing and colortune in the next couple of days and then i think it should all be sorted.

Dodgy video work

well.

New plugs new leads new dizzy, seemed to make little difference, changed the coil to dizzy lead for a different lead as the one i had a stupid splitfire device in. Found a petrol leak a few weeks ago which i think may have been letting air in the system, Dont know whether it was because its hot today or luck but seems to run ok, need to go on a good run to see if the intermittent give it the beans then misfire is still apparent, enjoyed myself though today, tinkering and a wee drive, forgot how much these things shift. Need to buy a camera mount as well.

still is

It still is a very nice example, just not run right since 70 miles into the journey home from picking it up. Oooh as a side point do you still have contact with frank as i have tried to no avail to contact him to get the build paperwork etc, even sent him a letter the other day as all other avenues of contact have come to nothing.

Okay

Miks whenever your free then i would love to take you out for a spin to see if you have any ideas what it might be, not running even close to well enough to be going out on a proper run with a bike yet, getting a bit peed of now.
