954 Fireblade Clutch Options

Just wondering if there's anything that can be done to the clutch system to make it easier to set off from junctions etc, no matter how smooth I try to set off 2 in 10 times I stall it lol. Once I'm going it's fine as it has a quickshifter for up & down shifts.

I've tried adjusting the cable but doesn't make a difference.

Any help would be great.

You need to alter your pedal ratio, move the pivot closer to the cable on the pedal

I'm still struggling with setting off in the MK, how much of a job is it to change to fully hydraulic set up and will this help me?

It seems to be hard to find that correct balance of throttle & clutch, I don't think any of them have a problem but I just can't get to grips with it.
