Accusing Mark of being a criminal goes beyond even your usual jibes and nasty comments.

I know you have "issues" with Triton, but your "vendetta" seems to be saying more about you than Triton...

All IMO of course....

CALviNx, i must agree with UncleFista.
Your constant digs at Triton and the attempts to undermine his business are completely uncalled for, he seems quite capable of ruining his own business without any help from you

CaLviNx, I sympathise with your feelings regarding Triton and yes, I'll be the first to agree, you do give some good advice on the forum, but if you have a personal issue with the man, sort it. Continued flaming on here is boring and childish, also remember, libel can be a very expensive hobby.

I, as most others express my opinions as exactly that, an opinion.

You, on the other hand dress your opinions up and present them as fact.

Calling someone a criminal, and not adding the proviso "in my opinion" makes it libel rather than "an opinion" and IMHO has no place on this forum.

If Triton takes offense I'm sure Chris won't be happy about having to regulate/censor the forum, and I for one don't want any changes to the site I love

By all means, relate you own experiences with Triton, I'm not saying you've had no problems or that he's blameless, but TBH the more or less constant sniping and now libellous accusations coming from you make people less likely to take any notice.

You've actually raised a point that has just worried me.

Chris is the publisher of this site. If, god forbid, someone took exception to Calvinix's comments. Its my understanding that Chris can be sued as publisher and ...... we could all lose the forum. As much as i want to defend the right of freedom of speach, in legal cases the person with the deepest pockets wins 9 times out of 10 irrespective of the truth. I don't want to lose this forum.

How about in future, if still you feel you have to comment about this, perhaps you could just write. "Similar to my experience" and leave a link to your original thread. That way people can see you've had issues and, if they want to read all about them

Coincidentally, his ebay alter ego (drdonowtorange) has just put a couple of items up on ebay.
BTW I'm not stalking him!! It's just that he's in my favourite seller list RSS feed. I'm still hankering after a CF dash

i think maybe he might be a victim of his own sucess, i have been in the situation where i've just been so busy with work you cant cope with it all and start letting people down, i learnt from it a i find by letting people know whats going on a giving a time scale most customers are fine with it. i do feel for his situation and hope it gets better soon.

I do not wish to fan the flames, but I feel I have to comment on my own experience in this department.

I have dealt with Triton recently and I personally found it to be a pretty miserable experience. The situation has now been resolved by Triton although it has seriously delayed my build and caused a lot of unnecessary aggravation.

I am aware that Triton has pressing family matters to deal with, but IMO should not hold on to other people’s hard earned money when the goods cannot be delivered. I hope Triton takes the opportunity to resolve the issues other people appear to have with him.

A valid point i feel, while i have nothing but sympathy for the poor health of his wife, Triton would be better not taking peoples money if he cannot keep up with the orders as all its doing is upsetting people.
when his better half has recovered and all is back to normal then he can increase his production and hopefully his customers will be happy bunnies again.
