I've done it - 120
I have, today, achieved my dual track day ambitions of 1) getting there, driving round the track and getting home without anything braking and 2)
reaching the car's top speed of 120 MPH. I am now tired but happy.
There were a mixed bag of cars there from a 911 GT3 RS to a 2CV. Both of which share my award for most suprising drive. The GT3 for braking to 55
for turning into Gerrards at Mallory Park (the traffic was doing 80 generally) and to the 2CV for holding 80 all the way round gerrads. To be fair,
the 2CV was a race preped stripped out car that was going to an edurance race next week and the drivers were getting their hands in a bit.
Sadly, an M3 CSL went into the tyre wall but then he was driving like, well, a BMW driver. He wasn't hurt but those new CSLs aren't
cheap.

It was my 4th track day. I drove home from Elvington to be honest but I had to keep short shifting through 2nd.
