Anyone sen one of these?

saw this car on the road in Spain, it looked like the chassis was made from tubing and key klamps. Anyone know what it is? Rescued attachment kit car.jpg

Its too big! Cant see all of it at once.
But iam sure a smart wouldnt look like this with bodywork removed.

Nah. not a Kaig, see em all over the continent, ISTR there are a few manufacturers making similar cars, but this is a Ligier - yes, ex F1 team!!

Don't see why not. Looking at the front cycle wings, front end and general radii of components, it looks like it's been designed to be SVA compliant.
