Looks like it's been in the rain for a while.
Water on valve tops = scrap head?
I bought one like that once and all I could salvage was the crank and block.

£25 sounds reasonable but by the time you factor in everything else needed to fit it into a car you're looking at several hundred quid whatever.
Lead-free head, alternator,starter, bearings pistons, gearbox, electronic ignition, twin choke carb etc.
Probably better to pay more and get something much better. Then again for £25 I'd probably buy it if it was local cos I like having bits of
crossflow all over the place.
