What tyres??

For Capri Laser wheels - 6J rims, 13in diameter.
Probably 185/70/13 would be appropriate.

So why can't I find any? Local supplier suggested "Sarva" brand (never heard of them before). Apparently, a cheapo version made for (or possibly, by, Goodyear or Dunlop). Who else still supplies this size?

Atch ive raced on sava's and they are not bad.
There are some good cheapos in the msa b list including the stunner scudos or whatever they are called. Good if budget is important.

Yokohama A032's, stick like that brown stuff to a blanket in the dry, but a bit dubious in the wet

One of the big problems with cheapo tyres is they rot very quickly, I’ve had some that the sides perished in less than a year, plus the grip tends to be rubbish. Not worth it IMO.

kumho do a new tyre to compete with r888, might be cheaper and offer similar grip.

I've got Yoko A021R 185/70/13 on Laser 6Jx13" rims, well pleased with them. George Polley Motorsport do them at a very reasonable price.

That's a relief! Have been getting the usual b******t from some well-known suppliers.

Will check out who has Toyo's.
