id say on something like a locost you probably wont notice the difference unless you drive really hard on the track

I think when i first joined this group I asked the same question and a lot of good answers came back, try a search and you might find it. Majority opinion iirc was that it's not really worth it on a 7.

My answer would be simalar to hicost above. But have you ever had the car setup properly in the first place to get the best from what you already
have.
Fitting the anti roll bars will allow you to run softer springs to gain a far better ride quality and the anti roll bars will enable the weight
transfer to be tuned. Fitting them is a win win situation.

I know that Caterhams have a front ARB, but do the de Dion ones have a rear ARB too? Just wondering how an ARB interacts with a de Dion tube.
