Thinking about trying this on the old crossflow once it's back on the road. Chevy did it with their LT1 model range and is a popular mod for racers in the states it seems.

I already run an electric water pump, so swapping the pipes over is easy, my controller is laptop programmable, so this easy to sort out.

Has anyone attempted this, do you foresee any issues?

It's a crossflow not a Chevy
Not heard of any Ford Crossflow racers doing this.

Reverse cooling... Is that the same as Heating?

My thoughts are that in the main, things work less well if you connect them up backwards and push it the wrong way. IM not doubting that people have found this isnt the case with a chevy engine, couldnt comment there, but partiuarly if you dont have a problem at present, based on nothing more then a basic knowlage of engine cooling, I would suggest its unlikely to make things better even if it doesnt make it worse...
