I have a rose joint squeeking how do i stop it. Or do i have to change it.

Put some snake oil on it....

Putting any kind of lube on exposed rod ends, will quickly turn it into a lapping compound.
I use an EP grease, but also use seals to prevent this from happen.
Use a very small amount of grease and some seals like these www.sealsit.com
