thred lock

now i'm sva'd i'm going to strip down all 4 corners check tighted and thred lock all my nuts and bolts just for my own peice of mind, i sent the shop lad out to get thred lock today and he came back with this thing that looks like blue pritstick, i normally use one that comes in a tube like glue, is the blue pritstick stuff ok ?

It's fine.
I've used the red and the blue one throughout the build with no issues.

It should be fine. If you want to get all fancy you can check what grade it is (if it's stated). Most threadlocks get compared (IIRC) to 3Ms codes...

Personally I never trust the codes and do a trial run with a spare bolt and a non-nylock nut to see how strong it is....

I would just use the nylock's if there new they will never come loose, so far as I have ever seen.

I've not used the 'stick' ones yet, but they have been developed so we can put them in our pockets without our nuts getting covered (acording to Loctite)

You could put a small dab of paint across the blot/nut (or cheap nail varnish as this has a brush as well). You can check to see if anything has moved..

Yup I'd recommend doing that as well, especially if you don't routinely check your nuts....
