Undo the screw on the base, remove the front face, unclip the h4 bulb.
....and it's a lamp. Not a bulb. Gardeners plant bulbs......

You learn something new every day, I always thought lamps burned coal oil and bulbs were lit by electricity. Huh!
Lamps are bulbs when they are shaped like a bulb, so if you have the old fashioned H4 like below then technically it is a bulb.
However its like to be the modern type so technically just a lamp.
And not a globe?
