Hi guys, I’m stuck with my pinto timing and how to advance it with my new cam, I sort of know what I’m doing but am not sure or confident at all. . Can anyone help at all.. .

Depeding on the cam duration you will need to increase the idle advance somewhat.
For a kent FR32 or Piper 270 you would want around 12deg advance at idle
For an FR33 or Piper 285 you would want 14-16deg.
Bear in mind you will also need to limit the max adavance to 36-38 deg which may require dizzy modifications or an aftermarket one. This is because by
increasing the idle advance you are also going to increase the all in advance to beyond a safe level and you may experience knocking under load.
There are some modifications you can do the existing dizzy here....
