3 point harness

Hi all ! Shortly I'm going to replace my old 3 point harnesses with new ones . Trouble is I'm not sure which ones to get . For it to pass its mot do they need to be ones specifically for road use or are track day /race ones the same ? Some are marked 'e' and some 'ece' I think . The old ones are past it and are a nightmare to adjust so just need a bit of advice please ? Cheers - nick

Wording in manual is:
9. Adult harness belts Adult harness belts comprising a lap belt and shoulder straps are an acceptable alternative to any of the seat belt types listed.

Try TRS. I had to renew my driver one and used a quick release track one, no problem with the mot.
