Wipers need to wipe. They need to cover a certain swept area and be in good condition. No restrictions on speeds or self park. The squirters need to
squirt a usable spray within the swept area. No restriction as to when they can be squirted or if the wipers need to be operating.
Demisters not an MOT item.

Wipers can work on separate switch
Only needs to have 45 cycles or more per minute
Dont need intermittent
Not sure about demister
How long can i resist the temptation to drop a V8 in?

No demister, Washers just need to squirt with no wipe needed. Wipers just need to wipe.

Self park is not part of the MOT. You could have manually operated ones if you like!!
