Frost motorsport in Ipswich
Has anyone herad of these. I heard its the bloke that used to run LPS in martlesham?? Maybe Doug (garage19) knows him? Rindy Frost is his name.
My mate took his Bora Tdi there for a rr thursday but havent seen him yet. £35 for a rr session.

They have a fantastic 2wd rolling road, in house engine building, and track day set up (corner weighting etc)
No job to big or too small, from building high power v8's to motorcycle engines the guys there have done it all.

Word of warning, I used LPS 2 years ago and my car didn't run that well afterwards. Some time later I took the car to engine advantages in
Witham and they said "has this car been on a RR before"? So you can tell the map was way out!
So not all RR's or the people who use them are able to give a good result.

The bloke at LPS who knew what he was doing left a while ago which is why they are no more. Maybe you went after hed gone?
