Hi guys,
Recently brought my props+reverse box, both props have sliders and i just want to find out if you have put the slider towards the back or front?
Cheers

Cant see it matters myself. I'd put the thicker end forward though if only to try and stop dirt being forced into the joint but doubt that would
ever happen anyway

Dave, out of curiosity (and because I will need one - damn IVA making me spend more money)...
where did you get yours from?
Whats the weight of it?
and how you attaching it to the frame?

Dave
On mine the manual said rear prop to have the slider at reverse box end & front prop to have slider at engine end
Hope that makes sense

The slider should be at the gearbox end to keep the unsprung weight down, and minimise wear due to less 'up and down' movement.

It's not critical though, if you need to put it in either way for clearance don't lose any sleep over it. I've run them either way,
currently slider is at the diff end., because I needed to run a handbrake cable ensemble close.
