R1 5vy fuel rail
Quicky, just running my fuel pipes, i have the supply to the o/s end of the fuel rail (front in the car) and the return from the other end i.e the
one with the regulator.
Is this right?

Yes.
If you get it wrong like I did  the engine will not start.
