Seems like they are working on the idea that the budget cap is going to happen? Is it 100% that the cap is coming in next season? If so, if alot of
teams stick to thier word then f1 will be in trouble next season with only half the amount of cars on the grid?

none of them will stick to thier word, its empty threats, mosely and bernie etc will move thier budget cap a little, and they will have to accept for
the publicity f1 etc generates etc, i cant see any of them pulling out because the sport is not expensive enough!!
