reading tire wear

can you read tire wear this is after a 100mile blast 20psi r888 medium compound 195/50/15 indy r1 2 degrees neg camber from the inside edge the tire has a rubber peeling bobbled look until the last 1.5 inches at the outside edge then it gets slightly less so Rescued attachment DSC01687.JPG
