What oil ?
What oil would people recommend for a 2ltr Ford Zetec black top with a modified head, aftermarket cams and Webber Alpha system pushing out 203bhp ?

Don't know about oil but your avatar needs to be changed to a smaller one - it fills 90% of my screen

Ford 5/30 for zetec was recommended to me, not cheap but fully synthetic.
