tracking
just finished building my mk, but need to know like a base setting for the tracking. any info would be great

Im sure others will comment, but somewhere between zero and 1deg appears common in the kitcar world.

1 Degree is a hell of a lot of toe in IMHO

When I was on radials I ran 30-45' toe in rear and 15' toe in front.

if 1 degree is to much what should i be looking for realy, so i can get it to drive pretty reasonable

1-2 deg should be fine on an MK

Anyway it makes no differnce does it with a floppy chassis and no caster

A good starting point for the Indy would be,-2 degrees front camber -1.5 degrees rear, I ran mine at 0.5 degrees tow in, mainly a track car though,
ride height should be about 115mm front 120mm rear

Measuring front and back of the wheel, I set mine to just 1 to 2mm of toe, seems to be about right, but then mine isn't an MK. But HTH Ray
To make a car go faster, just add lightness. Colin Chapman - OR - fit a bigger engine. Chippy

I have half a degree toe in on mine at the front.
The rear also has half a degree toe in but any changes to that would need shims.
