Sad to see Norman Collier has passed away another childhood favourite has gone the first time i saw his broken mic routine i cried with laughter ...... God bless you Norman R.I.P

I must admit I'd not heard of him but cried with laughter at faulty microphone.

Similar thing happened when Victor Borge died, I love his phonetic punctuation

Sad news, I did have the pleasure of working with him for a summer season here, and working as a sound engineer at the time, you never really could tell his act from a genuine mic / mic lead failure - caught me out on many occasions.... Another comedy legend gone.
