You can drill and tap the stock oil cooler bolt, also you could fit a T piece to accommodate an oil temp/pressure sensor should you wish to.

Not sure if it's different on a bike engine but on a car engine the oil return should go to the sump and be below the oil level in sump,as if
it's above the oil level crank case pressure can affect the oil returning from the turbo.

Not sure of the i/d size of the oil supply feed you need, but for the oil return on my GT28RS I used a scavenge pump and had a threaded adaptor welded
into the sump and used that for the return.

I had a very nice programmable boost controller and set it up it with 2 settings 7psi and 10psi, dyno'd at 255hp and 307hp respectively
I lowered the compression down to 9.5:1 to enable running at 10 psi

Hi what size hole do people recommend to drill/tap into the oil cooler bolt for the turbo oil feed.
Kind regards

also I have just purchased this
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Oil-Scavenge-Gear-Pump-Low-Mount-Turbo-Dry-sump-Car-Marine-Engine-12v-Transfer-/141615923978?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash

is it as simple as putting it in the middle of the oil return line?
sorry about all the questions but I will be assembling most of it the weekend, and want to get it right first time
kind regards
