air filter material

anyone know where you can but the pipercross type of filter foam on a roll ??

i have half built an airbox for my bike carbs, and need a flat bit

i have some filter material that we use at work, bu it catches fire rather easily

Hi have a look in aquatic shops for pump filters they may have something !!!!!!!

I hate to say this but it might be best buying a proper panel to cut down. A bad air filter can either let through abrasive particles or rob you of lots of lovely brake horse power!!!

Hi Dave , i looked for some of this my self to make a filter and found that fish keeping shops that specialise in Koi had some sheets available in 3 grades but not in large enough sizes for what i needed,
I also found a firm in Wellingboro that supplies foam of all types and called in some time ago , they hadnt got any airfilter foam of the correct type as an off cut but would supply some when available what you need is polyurethane type.

Sell it at work. £2.50 for a piece approx 18x10". £5.00 for a piece double that size. Comes in a choice of three difference grades. Yes it's for pond filters. If ur stuck i'll send u some.
