Paul, I don't think something that small will cool enough air for the qauntities you wil be shifting if you are going for 550bhp.

It doesn't look like it flowws particularly well also and may therefor cause a fairly hefty pressure drop across it when you try to flow all that air.

I looked at one like that on ebay, I went for a PWR version in the end, check out www.chargecooler.co.uk they have loads and some very nice installs in the gallery but they aint cheap mind.
