R888 Track day pressure?
Kriss - 31/5/09 at 05:02 PM

Just checked my pressures (using a mini Draper Guagae) and I am currently rocking 20 PSI cold.

I have a few hours at Brands Hatch tomorrow and not sure if I shoudl drop them a tad or just go with how the car feels?

any suggestions etc would be great.

Think I will end up rocking 19-20 psi hot

20psi hot sounds right to me ;] hope you have a good day (wish I was going!).

I'd start with 16 cold and work from there. The joy of a trackday is that you can experiment.

Do a few laps at 16 cold. See what they are when you come in. Stick a few more in, try that. See if it feels any better / worse.

Repeat until

Mike
