Testing the water as I’m considering an engine change and would probably have to sell my existing to fund it.

I have a 2.0 blacktop zetec running on standard ECU.
I took this out of a Mondeo with 80k on the clock, has been in my kit for about 5k miles since although have no proof of the mileage.

Package would be for engine and most ancillaries.

So-

Engine
Inlet log manifold
Shortened sump
Alternator
Starter
ECU
wiring loom
4 branch exhaust manifold

Would consider also selling 5 speed type 9 gearbox with alloy bellhousing and clutch setup.

I hate it when people don’t put prices on ads but I’m struggling with knowing what this is all worth.
I’ll start at £900 and will let you all tell me if that’s ridiculous or too much/not enough.

All still in the car so can be seen running and happy to take out for a spin.

Hi would you consider splitting the package? If so how much would you want for just the engine?

If you would consider splitting I would be interested in the gearbox.
