after two sizes of o-rings:
1. 25 mm ID x 1 mm cross section
2. 5 mm ID x 1 mm cross section
where can I get these cheap (cheapest so far is 1.18!! eeek!!)
I recently bought a box of 200 in various sizes from my local 'Range' store - they cost £3!
how many do you need of each ?
Ray
5 of each would be enough.
not sure what a local "range" store is

They sell all kinds of cheap tacky stuff but their tools section is quite useful on a Sunday afternoon - mixed nuts & bolts, circlips, o rings
etc

25 x 1 is a bit of an odd size, what material do you need them in? ie what are you using them for?
is that £1.18 each?!
simply bearings has 25mm i.d 1mm cross section o rings for £1.50+vat for 2, its a bit cheapers i guess... maybe thats the going rate these days...
I will have a look for you on Monday, drop me your address on U2U.
Steve
Local plumbers merchants will carry a range of O rings
it is 24 x 1.
that one is for XTR hollowtech chainset
the 5 mm x 1 is for bleed screw for Avid Elixir brakes (hydraulic brakes for a mtb) - it is had to say what the cross section really is as the o-ring
is mullered but it vould be 0.5 mm .
