Paisley freight do four alloys and tyres for £30 next day delivery. Not sure about tyres on their own.

Google cheap alloy wheel couriers, some come up with the option of sending just tyres

Sorry i'm only seeing this now, but for future reference, senditnow.com are good it's basically parcelforce only cheaper, especially for me as they do Northern Ireland plus highlands and Islands at the same price as mainland deliveries!
They do a 30kg parcel for aprox £12.50.
