hi all
currently getting all the bits together to covert frim bike carbs to bike TB's
i gather that most people use the gsxr 750 bodies as they can be split individualy to sute the ports on the head.
ill be after 2 sets of bodies
1 for a pinto and 1 for a duratec
my question is
i can find the ITB's but very few people state the internal diametor. are they all the same no mater what year. as long as they can be split
individualy ?
any help would be great iv got my eyes on a set of 1998 and a set from 1999 on fleabay at the moment would there years be ok ?
ryan
I have the 1st set from the K1 (I think), If you buy the earlier sets, they have the advantage of having only one set of butterflies, so you
don't need to faf around removing and filling holes.

My gsxr 600's are 2001 as far as I know, all separate & re-spaceable.

The later ones got bigger....BUT, not by much. 42mm rings a bell vs 40mm. I would consider that for fuel injection, the size is not that critical. Unless you are hunting 220bhp, then the 40mm - 45mm should be ok.
