Simon
My car came with two 4-speed gearboxes plus one empty case plus a type 9.
How do I identify the GT box? I'm new to all this Locost stuff; ask me about a 5JJ R1 and I'm much more clued-up.

Hi
The GT box will have the tail housing cast as a complete alloy casing and not with the steel tube on the top section. BUT some STD boxes from later
cars also had the all alloy casing so best bet is to check the first gear ratio. The genuine GT had a 3.3 instead of the STD 3.6 .
Ill have an ask around also Simon.
