Cadwell Park
The grid at Cadwell seems to be on the full circuit but not on the club ciruit.
As we are due to race on the club circuit, how does that work?
Thanks

Yup, you start on the grid proper but never see it again, the cones are removed from the hole in the armco just before you go into the 'mountain
section' of the proper circuit to create a hairpin corner (then you turn back on yourself and go back up the hill after the start finish
straight of the proper circuit) -- and mayhem ensues at that hairpin normaly...........
Much fun obviously........usualy quite expensive fun tho cos everyone tends to find out they don't have quite the car control skills of a F1
driver that they thought they had at Cadwell........
Lovely place, dangerous too

Get there for about 2.30, too many Stock Hatch/Locost races on Cadwells short circuit for accurate timings - oh and it will cost you 10 quid
each
Cheers

turned up and thought the racing was great some of the earlier hot hatch races were a bit "formula 1" (no overtaking) but things soon
hotted up. had a great day out, shame to see so many crashes though hope no one has found today to costly
cheers

check out the lap charts on the 750mc site when they apear early next week, think they will tell a different story, the race i watched, the 2nd, wich
was stock hatch BTW, there was only one hot hatch race all day, had several lead changes, bit of the usual door banging, but no major
"offs" with the 1st 3 cars covered by 1.22 seconds, and the 1st 5 coverd by 3.16 secs.
The car that won started 6th
2nd place car was on pole, 0.81
3rd place car started 3rd, 1.22
4th place car started 5th, 2.53
5th place car started 15th, 3.16
the lead changed at least 6 times to my knowledge with the 1st 4 cars over the line having the lead at some stage, don't seem much like a
prossesion to me, the car that won, #29, i believe as been excluded, don't know why. Probably the best battle for me though was the two that
finished last and next to last they swaped positions every lap and had a great race between them, came off with big grins and handshakes all round.
thats how i saw it anyway.................
and also the last word on the subject from me.
