Just booked my ARDS for 24th Jan @ Oulton..
..in readiness for RGB next year
Got to get my finger out to get everything sorted for the end of March Car will be ready by the end of this month, buying all the safety equipment
at the Autosport Show on 9th January, so then its just up to me not to feck the ARDS up!!
Very excited, but also papping myself!!

Just remember not to try to impress the instructor. Smoothness is what they are looking for, not to be scared by how fast you can drive. If you drive
smoothly, then the speed will come.

best of luck with the test. As said before dont try and impress the instructor just drive nice and smoothly, concentrate on your turn in and exit
points and the speed will come.
one tip, make sure you learn every flag and its meaning. you get a multiple choice question and answer for these but you HAVE to get every one right
to pass. 19 out of 20 is no good.
I thought i knew every one but there is an obscure flag that they only really use in karting that i didnt know. luckily i managed to take a peek at
one of the other lads sheets and he gave me a nod
also remember that if no starting lights are used then it is the national flag that starts the race (not the union jack) you may be racing in another
country

Yea it was Tim. Now as above dont go trying to out do each others laptimes.
Save that till your both out in RGB then its game on.

Good luck lads. Class B will be upto 8-10 cars this year and a growing part of the RGB grid :-)
