Locost rep feedback from Brands Hatch
An incredibly hectic Saturday morning for me was topped off with a magnificent performance on track by the locost racers, who once again have shown
what close, clean racing should look like.
My congratulations go to Ali Garratt who after several years of being Ooh so near finally took a deserved first place pipping our current champ Dave
Bartholomew my 2 hundredths of a second. Third place and driver of the day went to a Tom Coller, a young man who has finally got his immaculate car to
work properly and thoroughly deserved the T.M.C driver of the day award.
Further down the field close racing could be seen with only the odd minor excursion or spin to report....except Paul.... (nuff said)
Other notable events were John Bunce's first ever race, and Rob Apsey celebrated the removal of his Novice cross prior to this meeting. ( Now
your one of the big boys!)
Locosters now have all of May to prepare for the the race to be held at Anglesey first weekend of June
The minutes from the committee's 2ND meeting together with my 2nd full technical meeting will be sent via e-mail to your addresses.
Thank you all again for your continuing support of our formula and please remember if you need my help don't hesitate to contact .
