Bike carbs/throttle bodies in Kitcar Class B

Does anyone know if any does (or has tried and failed to) use the above on a 1.6.16v engine?

wording on regs is
Multivalve engines may be fitted with either two side draft Weber or Dellorto carburettors with a maximum choke size of 34mm or (Multivalve engines with standard valves) aftermarket fuel injection with a maximum of 40mm diameter straight butterfly throttle bodies may be used with one injector per cylinder.

Rules...

All all about interperation. If the engine is multivalve (16v) and the throttle bodies meet the spec then technically yes.

There is nothing in the wording saying that throttle bodies have to be from CAR. anyway once they are fitted they are just "aftermarket throttle bodies" using aftermarket" injection...

Sounds like 40mm or 38mm bike throttle bodies are the way forward to me.
