will standard blacktop inlet man.fit st170
can anyone confirm that a standard blacktop inlet manifold with single throttle body would fit an ST170.
reason being ive just fitted a rotrex supercharger to the st170 and just realised that on the omex website they do a fully mapped ecu for the
blacktop engine with rotrex. therefore if i could retro fit the blacktop manifold i could get this ecu to work.
i spoke to a software guy at omex but he thinks it wont fit.if i can prove it . then i can get one by copying what they have.

the st170 inlet fits the 2.0 zetec, so it ought to work the other way. I hope to have a steel inlet with a single TB spare soon.
cheers

It will physically bolt up.
However, the ST170 ports are approx 2mm higher up (bottom edge) and then overall about 4mm taller. Therefore you may find there is a 2mm lip into the
head on the bottom of the port. Not the end of the world.
